Inner Asian overtone singing: one voice producing a drone and a flute-like partial, with named styles (sygyt, kargyraa, khöömei). This is a Siberian / Altai seed. Empty extra Received is historically checked. It is not Turkic military music (outdoor drums and sovereignty) and not a leftover “steppe” bin. Mongolian and Altai overtone schools leftover as siblings, not parents or heirs, and not filed this sitting. Alpine yodel leftover as a typological register-break sibling, not a hop. It already gives Worldbeat featured overtone timbre on the festival circuit.
